Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using tesb.com.my, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
Service Quotations & Custom Work
All quotations generated or requested through the Site are preliminary. Final pricing is subject to a professional site survey. Furthermore, any custom work, including the requirement for external plugins, modules, or third-party software integration, must be confirmed by our developers before being included in the final service scope.
Delivery & Installation
Standard delivery of hardware products to the client’s office is included as a part of our service package within our designated service areas in Sabah. Specific timelines for installation will be provided upon the receipt of the initial deposit.
SST Compliance
TESB ensures that all POS (Point of Sale) and ECR (Electronic Cash Register) systems supplied are built with the necessary features to comply with Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST) regulations. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate business registration and tax details for system configuration.
Limitation of Liability
TESB shall not be held liable for any business interruptions, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from the use of our hardware or software solutions beyond the repair or replacement of the provided equipment as per our warranty terms.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Sabah, Malaysia.
