Routine inspections and maintenance can prevent these failures. We offer our customers maintenance arrangements to choose from, with varying coverage, hours and discounts.

Maintenance Plan
We provide 2 types of maintenance agreement and benefits for our customers.
Premium Maintenance Agreement
- Maintenance service is provided during business hours (Monday ~ Friday: 9.00am ~ 5.30pm) (Saturday: 9.00am ~ 1.00pm)
- Breakdown service 24 x 7 (Include Sunday & Public Holiday)
- 2 hours respond time
- The maintenance shall consist of 4 periodic inspections per year
- Provide loan unit if repair item need to take back to TESB Office
- Spare parts priority reserved for contract customer
- Include items / program changes and sales data backup
- Include spare part coverage
Preventive Maintenance
- Maintenance service is provided during business hours (Monday ~ Friday: 9.00am ~ 5.30pm) (Saturday: 9.00am ~ 1.00pm)
- Breakdown service 9.00am ~ 10.00pm x 7 (Include Sunday & Public Holiday)
- 2 hours respond time
- The maintenance shall consist of 4 periodic inspections per year

- Include spare part coverage
